About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations for a well-established Australian company based in Brendale.
You’ll oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across the fabrication of canopies and ute trays that are proudly exported globally. This hands-on leadership position will see you driving continuous improvement, mentoring a skilled team, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance output and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to achieve performance targets
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, train, and support a diverse production team
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow planning
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Production or Operations Manager in manufacturing
• Strong background in canopy and ute tray fabrication or assembly
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience driving process improvements and team development

Salary & Benefits

• $120,000–$140,000 + superannuation
